A green headed plastic head with big eyed Mexican Flag skirts that flash light on the sea surface. Add blood red tri-beads to put that 9/0 hook back where it belongs, in the fish's mouth, even for those short strikers. The 3 lemon/lime w/pink underskirt weighted teasers are placed the correct distance from each other and from the hook lure.
